Straight Up Spouting is a locally owned and operated business based in Gisborne, proudly serving homeowners and builders across the East Coast. Our team is made up of two local families - Tevita and Leigh Lolohea, who have three children, and Damon and Sarah Slade, who have two children. Together, we’re passionate about delivering quality workmanship and genuine local service.

Damon and Tevita grew up as friends on the same street and, years later, are now neighbours again as adults. That long-standing connection, along with a shared commitment to hard work and community, sits at the heart of our business.

As a family-run team, we value honesty, reliability, and quality workmanship. These principles guide everything we do - from the first quote through to the final installation.

We specialise in continuous spouting systems, manufactured on site using our modern roll-forming machine. This allows us to produce long, seamless lengths tailored to each home, reducing joins, minimising the risk of leaks, and delivering a clean, professional finish.

Using high-quality Colorcote materials, we ensure every installation is built to withstand New Zealand’s coastal conditions. Whether working on new builds or replacing old, worn spouting, we take pride in delivering solutions that are durable, functional, and visually tidy.
